Welcome to Hatfield Peverel Infant School

I would like to welcome you to our school website and thank you for your interest.

Finding the right school for your child is an important decision and I hope you will find our website informative and helpful towards that decision.

Hatfield Peverel Infant School is a community school for children from Reception to Year 2. We have 2 classes in each year group and share the site with a private nursery and the junior school of St. Andrews.

Our school is welcoming, safe and stimulating. We start from the pretext that all children can succeed given the right opportunities to learn, and encourage independence, exploration and an open mindset. These early years of your child's education are going to be the foundations to take them through life and we know how important their happiness is. Happy children make confident learners and we are proud to say that the children already in our school are very happy to be here, settle very quickly and enjoy their learning. We take time to build their confidence, self esteem and independence to enable them to make decisions for themselves and succeed in their choices.

Visits to the school are  welcomed and we are always willing to help you find the information you need to share our experiences with you.
